The location of the hotel was great: close to many attractions and easy to find. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a complimentary breakfast provided, which was nice.

Our experience was less than satisfying. Despite having made a reservation 2 weeks in advance, we were given a room in a separate building that was cramped, cold, and without working Wi-Fi.

The Christmas decorations were beautiful and there was a cozy fireplace in the lobby. the staff was also friendly and welcoming.

The accommodation was not up to par. We were placed in a separate building, which was cold and unkempt.
